1. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all data that GROOM JSC may receive about a User while they use the groomcosmetic.com website or GROOM JSC services.

3. The User provides personal data to GROOM JSC when submitting a request through the groomcosmetic.com website.

5. The Administration is not responsible for poor performance or non-performance of its obligations due to inaccurate or incomplete provision of personal data by the User.

   • Communicating with Users, including processing requests and applications from the User;

   • Improving the quality of services and developing new services;

9. When processing Users’ personal data, GROOM JSC is guided by the laws of the Russian Federation on personal data.

10. Cookies and trackers on the groomcosmetic.com website may be used by GROOM JSC for identification, to provide personalized services to the User, and for statistical and research purposes.

11. GROOM JSC takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties.

12. Personal data is not distributed or provided to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject and is used by the operator solely for concluding and fulfilling agreements with the personal data subject.

13. GROOM JSC stores personal data within the territory of Russia.
